Ok, so, ive had quite a few and some of this is going to sound really boring but! Communication is So so so important in a threesome. You want to make sure no one feels left out. set up rules and boundaries before hand. make sure everyone is into touching each other because it'll be more fun thay way lol.  Now, not all threesome are planned. sometimes they just happen and that's fine too, just make sure you speak up about your needs because threesomes can be emotionally draining if you aren't careful. Mine happened a few ways. "hey, wanna have sex?", my best friend and I seducing the guy, and 2 poly relationships one  which was healthy and one which was not.
