Speeding up hair growth?

My hair grows REALLY slowly. Are there any tips for speeding up the process?

I used to sell and use a product called hair skin nails by ItWorks! It was their only product I tried that actually worked lol. It worked my hair grew super fast but the thing is, is it worked a little too well haha my hair grew fast but that included ALL of my body hair as well. 😬

It's genetic. You can take vitamins and eat healthy. The rest is making sure the hair that already exists doesn't break off. Good conditioner and leave-in conditioning plus oil. Never cut it except when it gets split ends. I have thick lush hair to my waist.
