Does my kitten look sick?

I'm taking her to the vet tomorrow. But something has to be wrong with her. She won't stop drooling and acting paranoid.

Yes. She might have been born with a viral infection from her mom. Cats drool when they are nauseous. Sometimes they purr and drool when they are happy, but if she’s not alert, there is something wrong with her. Is it possible that she ate something like marijuana in your home? Is she eating at drinking?

yes. i would get her seen asap. like now. you never know with kittens this size and wouldnt want to be too late for them to help her. poor thing. keep us updated please xx

It's hard to tell since I don't know what she normally looks like... but she sure looks like she needs some cuddles!!!! Cuddle her all night and bring her to the vet just in case

It looks like she might have a respiratory infection, I would take her to the vet to get some meds. Little kitties like that can have trouble fighting off the infection. 
It could also be if you just got her, sometimes they get stressed from the change of place and get sick.
