Change in skin

All of a sudden in the past week 1/2 I’ve gotten the worst acne, which I haven’t had since I was 11 and my skin has become very very oily. I’m 18 days late and tested last week BFN. Anyone else’s skin change with pregnancy or am I just maybe having a crazy hormonal mess up?
