Has this happened to anyone else?

I’m okay now, but I lost most of my day to what I now think was a panic attack. I’ve never had one before and there was nothing particular to set it off, and I’m still a little freaked out. I got gradually more and more anxious, lost my focus, and ended up crying and shaking all over. It took a ton of deep breaths and self talk to get back to normal.

What could have happened? How do I stop this from happening again? Just really need to talk.
