I don’t know how to really explain the feeling. It’s super uncomfortable and feels really dull and aches. It’s been going on for about 4-5 hours now. Earlier this afternoon I had my 38 week and 2 day appointment and I am 80% effaced and a little under 2cm dilated. I was 50% effaced just last week. My question is, could this possibly be a sign that labor is approaching? I know everyone is different so you can’t really tell me a valid answer but just wondering and seeing if maybe anyone else has dealt with this?
