ttc for about 8 months

let me start by saying we have 2 kids already and are trying for number 3. I have a regular period when I get my period it hurts so f****ng bad so much pressure and i get pains between periods I don't understand why and question if that's affecting me getting pregnant last birth was a little rougher than the first I had a c-section. So my question is does anyone else ha e pains like bad ones associated with period and is it more serious than I think I'm not a doctor but there pretty bad. thanks😊
