Is anyone else experiencing this? I know it sounds weird to have contractions at a certain time of the day, but idk if it’s cause I’m so active during the day I don’t focus on it as much? But when I’m laying in bed, my stomach gets rock hard and like bunches up right in the middle, I get crampy and can barely breathe. I’m 40 weeks and 1 day. I’ve lost my mucus plug in huge pieces for the past few days. I’m 4cm dilated. I’m 60% effaced and she’s very very low and head down. Like how much more uncomfortable could I get.. 😣
