I'm a first time mommy and really need to know some recommendations other then the basics like crib and stroller lol I picked those already . but what do y'all recommend that helped y'all with baby lmk ! my regristy is with a babies r us 💙

My husband and I purchased everything on amazon. We don’t live anywhere near family due to military reasons. So no baby shower for us. They had a great selection of baby items. Also got to read other peoples reviews and saw actual pictures of the product that people put up themselves. 
My top picks. 
🔹Sassy Baby rings/links (My son loves to throw everything in site. So these rings help us keep toys within reach and we used them on every thing from his play mat, car seat, stroller, on his baby carrier and on his diaper bag)
🔹Diaper bag Back Pack or even a a regular back pack (hands free)
🔹OXO tot wipe and diaper case (if I’m going for a quick run to the store. I leave his diaper bag in the hat and just attach this case to his car seat or the shopping cart. Helps minimize luggage.) 
🔹ergo baby carrier or a boba
🔹Haakaa silicone pump (when I was in the go and didn’t have baby or my electric pump. This was a life saver. Super portable and easy to use). 
🔹Foam floor mat(My son has allergies to dust, so we opted out the carpet and went for a foam mat, was easy to clean and pick up when we didn’t need it.)
🔹Blackout shades(I didn’t think we needed them. Till recently my son has become special about light coming in his room.)

🔸I would only ask for clothes that are 6-9m and 12m (we didn’t go out much when he was a newborn. So pjs it was for him. Now that he is 6months and a chunky baby. He is only fitting 12m clothing. So getting a lot of small baby clothes might go to waste)
Shoot I would even add my nursery decor lol. Add everything you will like to buy. Regardless if someone doesn’t get it. Most stores do offer a one time discount  when you buy off your own registry instore and/or online.

Somewhere to put clothes (I.e chest of drawers, baby clothing rail), change table, change mat, baby bath, bassinet, carriers/wraps, mat for tummy time, burp cloths, muslin cloths, diaper bag with portable change mat, bottles and steriliser and pump, baby health stuff like thermometer, baby Panadol, nose sucker, diaper rash cream etc. hope this helps!

Chicco keyfit 30 love it! We have a chicco stroller that fits. Def get a bassinet or pack and play for your room. Stock up on diapers now, but then on sale and get mostly 1, 2 and 3s. Bottles don’t go over board, grab a couple singles of what you think you like and give it a try but let baby decide, we liked tommy tippee because they’re wide mouth and easy to clean. Get the burp cloths that are absorbent who cares what they look like, they’re getting puked on. I like the gerber terry cloth ones. Oh and pacifiers, just grab a couple styles and see what works. My first wasn’t a binky baby but loved to chew on the wubbanub legs.
