is that true that sex can lower stress..and other things. What can sex do in general for the body and mind?

Yes sex can def lower stress. I'm a very sexually needy person and if I don't get mine for a few days I turn into a shedeveil. Then we have sex and snap back to myself. I don't know much about what exactly it does for mind and body but I do know you release endorphins and other feel good hormones.
