Do you use coconut oil much?

Is it a holy grail for you? What do you use it for? 
I use it for skin and hair but not sure if it really nourishes my hair and skin... I have used it for removing make up- it’s okay.. i still have to use a makeup remover to remove it completely. I guess it saves money in that I don’t need to use as much make up remover by using coconut oil first and then going the second time with a store bought makeup remover. Overall I do not see any difference to olive oil.. 
Do you think coconut oil is an internet trickery or a holy grail??

I use it as a moisturizer. I'm cursed with insanely dry skin AND acne. The specific kind I get is the only kind that moisturizes my skin without clogging my pores. In fact, my skin has gotten healthier since I started using it. Not perfect, but better than it was for sure.

I male my own toothpaste with it (which is probably going to sound weird to most people but store bought toothpaste makes my gums recede, I cant use it. Store bought has sodium laurel sulfate in it and I dont put that crap on my hair so not gonna put it on my gums either) anyways..I use it for toothpaste, as a moisturizer occasionally, for oil pulling, and I put it in my coffee sometimes

Coconut oil is the BOMB its awesome in coffee!!! I also use it on skillet/pan for cooking. DONT use virgin unless you want coconut taste.

I shave with it because it's the only thing for my sensitive skin that prevents razor burn and I apply it to my face in the mornings very lightly.

I use it for my acne and any rashes my kid or I get. It works so fast and a little bit goes a long way, I’ve had the same tub of the stuff for almost a year.

I Do Not cook with coconut oil, I cook with avocado oil, because it can handle high temps. The heat destroys the good things about coconut oil, so I only use it for beauty :) oil pulling, is moreso an ancient method for cleaning the body, it also whitens my teeth. I mix it with eucalyptus and rosemary oils, and use it for my face, hair, shaving.... also I found applying it to my eye lashes has been making them grow out extremely long and healthy!

I can’t use any oil on my face. Any time I try, I end up with milia and acne. Even supposed “non-comedogenic” oils. It’s so frustrating because I also have DRY skin, and ANYthing that really nourishes it also makes me break out. Every. Time. 
I’ve tried it on my hair and it badly weighed it down and left a weird film on it. I have fine, curly hair so I think coconut oil just overwhelms it haha. So now I only use a little on the ends if at all. 
I’ve found that for me, raw honey is 1000x better for on my skin and hair than coconut oil. But everyone is different.
I DO, however, love to eat coconut oil! I put it in my smoothie most mornings.
