My baby was having a bunch of issues with my milk so I decided to stop breastfeeding and let my supply dry up. Today is the first full day of no pumping or nursing if any sort and oh my god my boobs hurt! Tylenol took the edge off but I am in agony. It’s become sort of debilitating as I can’t really do anything right now. Holding her to me hurts, and I feel sort of wiped out right now. Her dad is taking care of her today and I feel so guilty because he shouldn’t have to do it alone but I feel so weak. I actually had problems standing up today. I don’t think I’m getting an infection or anything but I don’t know if I can rule it out. Is there anything I can do to help with this? I’m currently sitting with a bag of frozen spinach on my chest and it’s not helping.
