I need some advice about TTC & HPT...please.

My husband and I have been TTC since March. I took 2 negative hpt's in the first cycle before AF started, but ended up starting on time. I'm currently 2 days late in my second cycle since TTC. I was on Depoprovera until August 2014. I don't want to get my hopes up...when should I test again?
