TTC SUPPLEMENTS?

looking for ideas on any supplements we can try for our ttc journey and links for products,  trackers, tests, etc. really trying to get more serious so i have more to talk to my doctor when i first see him feb 1st.

My husband takes men's fertility sup. from GNC. it's expensive but has good reviews. I take a Fertilityblend by daily wellness. Just started it

I use Pregnitude, it helps regulate your period and ovulation. My husband also takes Fertilaid for men. We also use Pre-Seed, track everything in the Ovia and Glow app, track BBT daily and start checking ovulation daily on CD10 until I get a positive. We use Clear Blue Advanced Digital- they’re kind of expensive but you can use strips also and then use a digital to confirm when you think you have a positive OPK. Hope these help! Good luck!
