Relactating & Symphony

I’m currently on a relactation journey after 3 1/2 months. I have a Medela swing but cannot get anything out of it. The milk just stops at the nipple and won’t drip. I don’t think the suction is enough. I’m thinking about renting the Medela Symphony from Babies R Us. Do you think it’ll work better to get my milk out?? Any other relactation tips? I’m not even guaranteed to produce a lot since it’s been 3 1/2 months my baby is now 19 weeks. I hate myself for giving up.
