Cigs-how to stop?

How do you stop smoking cigs because my Fiancée and I have been trying to conceive for 4 years and we have never used protection, so I know if I stop cigs it will give us a better chance so any tips on how to quit?

I stopped 12 days ago using a ecig! I've been a smoker for 19 years and it was very hard but I just keep thinking that we have been trying for a year and unsuccessful which could be result of the direct impact smoking has on egg quality!

I quit before my husband. It was hard, but I chewed ALOT of gum, gained 6 pounds and when it got bad, e cigs. You can do it!!!!

why don't you give each other a limit of smokes per day and each day slowly cut out one? that's what I did with my partner and he's now down to two a day and he only has two at work
