has anyone felt lightheaded or blacked out as a symptom of pregnancy? is that a thing?

I almost collapsed a few times during both my pregnancies. I got light headed, heard a buzzing sound, felt numb, and kinda fell to the floor slowly. Ob told me that low blood pressure was to blame. She recommended that I move a bit slower and keep well hydrated and eat more snacks.

I asked my doctor and she said it’s very common to feel that way. I kept telling her I felt like I was just gonna black out and she said it’s from having so much blood, from the pressure of the baby and from hormones

I locked my knees standing for literally like 1 minute at work when I was 24 weeks & passed clean out at work. Luckily fell back like a log & myself/baby were fine. But getting light headed/faint/that blackout thing that happens when you stand too fast are common in pregnancy

I wouldnt say symptom. Those are typically warning signs of pregnancy relates complications though.

I've blacked out and passed out before due to being so dizzy. I've had a normal and healthy pregnancy but 1st trimester was really hard.

Super common.  I had bad dizziness with both of mine until about halfway thru.  My SIL and friend had it too.
