Random signs hinting to pregnancy

So I know most people don’t believe in signs other then what their body tells them when they are pregnant but the last three days have been really weird for me. I was checking my email and got an email that said “SOS am I pregnant “ as the topic line. Then on Facebook I have seen more and more advertisements about pregnancy stuff from cloths to supplies. AF isn’t due till 11/9 or 10 so I’m not getting my hopes up that I’ll get a BFP this month. But it just seems weird that I’m seeing this stuff.
