Help !

I’m an 5 weeks pregnant as of Wednesday I just found out this week , I’ve been spotting still since Tuesday and yesterday it was little heavier and today it has slowed but still spotting I went to the emergency room yesterday to make sure everything is ok and they said from what they can see it is, I’m scared I may be about to miscarriage has anyone else experience this type of bleeding with no explanation in the beginning of their pregnancy? Please help! I’m trying not to freak out!
