Super bad first breakup
So this was my first relationship and things turned sour real quick. She stopped communicating and just used me as a punching bag. I dealt with it for about four months but she never wanted to talk it out over the phone only in person. I love two and a half hours away from her and am a full time student with a job so i couldn’t just drop everything and leave.
At first I felt fine after but then she got ‘admitted’ to a mental ward. I say ghat but I have no way of actually knowing for sure if she was in one. She had her phone with her the whole time and the only communication I got was through one of her friends.
Sketch, i know.
Well after that she texted me to talk about it but It had only been 4 days since the break up and I told her I wanted some space for like 4-6 weeks before talking again and she was talking about getting back together.
I told her I couldn’t see that happening, especially after all the things she said to me and how she behaved. She got pissed I wasn’t giving her a second chance and I went off for the first time and actually defended myself for once.
Felt fucking great btw 10/10 do recommend
Then she promptly dropped it and just asked me to mail her her stuff back
Then today she told me if I don’t send it by Tuesday she’s going to drive to me to come get it. This made me really scared and I told her ‘fuck no’ and proceeded to write out a very strong response.
After this she and her friends have been trolling through my tweets and just being assholes. Calling me a bitch and telling me I was the crazy one. They’re all blocked now but honestly I’m so hurt.
I don’t understand how things could have ended so badly. I was as considerate as I could be and tried to be friendly and it blew up in my face.
Any tips on how to go forward?
I just don’t know what I expected. I mean she never apologized while we were fighting when we were together so honestly I don’t know. I just want her to forget I ever existed so she leaves me alone.
