Never had cold sores or anything like that. I was thinking maybe canker sore but from what I'm seeing they can't happen on the corner of your lips, the last thing I'm seeing is angular Cheilitis? Which would make sense as my lips have been dry off and on. What are thoughts and experience?

The only thing I've changed recently is I started taking sharobel birth control. I take plenty of vitamins to compensate for my needs that my diet doesn't cover as I am breastfeeding.
