I dont know whether anyone knows about this or not but I feel like my flow is WAY too heavy. I normally have a heavy flow so I use Tampax ULTRA tampons (which holds about 15-18 grams) and you know normally you're supposed to be able to keep a tampon in for about 8 hrs but recently ive been filling up ultra tampons in about 3-4 hrs. Ive also noticed that sometimes I can push out a good 1/4 cup of blood just by pushing. Should I go see a doctor?
