One ovary and one tube!

I seem to be having a hard time in getting pregnant! I had my left ovary along with the left tube removed to to a dermoid cyst.. Doctors told me I can still have kids just like any other woman with two ovaries but I haven't been successful..my son is 6 years old and I want more babies! Been to the doctor and I have so many follicles waiting which is great but anyone have advice
