Yesssss! I'm due July 3rd, and I've had an upset stomach starting around 10DPO and on off and on since then. I'm 16DPO now. I'm glad to be reading this, it was definitely one of my first symptoms and while google searching (bad idea) it always seemed to point to miscarriage! But now I've calmed down since I've come across women who have experienced the same. I don't have a lot of symptoms, especially now. I only have bloating, exhaustion, increase appetite, vivid dreams, and sore nipples but not sore boobs. No morning sickness, etc.
