Pregnant on Mirena?

I have had my mirena now for 2 years and I had my period Sep 26 -Oct 1 and then last week my period acted like it wanted to come I just spotted and then i didn't I can't feel the strings to my mirena could I be pregnant?Please Help

Did it feel like your normal period or was the sensation a bit off? For me at least, the cramps I got before my period was supposed to come felt weird and I ended up being pregnant. Wasn’t on BC at the time. Anyways, like someone else said a test is the only way to know for sure. You definitely need to get in to your doc if you can feel the strings anymore.
