I’m freaking out

Guys I don’t know what the hell happened but this morning I woke up with such an itchy pain down there. I kept scratching the hell out of it. It doesn’t hurt at all it just itches. I really thought it was pretty strange so I went a grabbed my mirror of wonders and I noticed this large lump. I’m FREAKING out. I don’t know what to do and I’m about to cry. What do you guys think this might be or is?
