Help with conceiving ? What did you do/take?

I'm on a regimen of Maca root and vitex with prenatal gummies and I was wondering if anyone else has used these things and had success? If not these what else helped you conceive? Sperm friendly lube, fertility massage, clomid, ect. Thanks ladies!

When we were trying I was on a regime of EPO ( evening primrose oil), CoQ10 and vit C. Also increased my water intake significantly
