Stored breast milk...
To unthaw my breast milk is there any steps to take ? As far as do I unthaw it right b4 I give it to my baby or hours b4 if I know I am going to need it ? And if so is there a special temperature it needs to be warm by? Obviously not cold or not too hot ?
Also is there such i thing that if the milk is too warm it can go bad ?
Sorry for all the questions it's my first time breastfeeding 🤗.
Any other advise/tips would help too !
