In the off season, venues are usually cheaper. They're way more during wedding season. So, if you really don't care when to get married and you have a budget, December would be better.

It depends where you live. If you live in an area that gets really hot in the summer then you should not have an outdoor wedding or reception. The comfort of your guests needs to be taken into consideration. We got married July 8 of this year near Santa Cruz in CA and the weather was a perfect 75 degrees. It also is going to depend on what your venue has available. We wanted a June wedding but the venue was booked a year in advance so we did July instead.

I'd say none of those if you want cheaper prices. My mom is a wedding coordinator for her church and End of May - Early October is peak season for weddings to the point where she has a weeding basically every other weekend. December is the same.
I'd go more for an April or March.
