Help! What does this mean?!

I’m 2 days late. I have been TTC for well over a year now. . . I was pregnant over the summer and suffered a miscarriage at 10 weeks. I took a pregnancy test this morning , instead of urinating directly on the test I used a cup and let it set for 20 seconds it didn’t appear positive right away but an hour or so later I looked when I was cleaning up and saw this. . . Am I getting my hopes up for no reason? I’ve been extremely exhausted lately but I have also been sick for about 3 weeks (like a sinus/ear infection sick) I randomly am nauseous and have vomited a couple of times the past week.
