I’m very much in tune with my body, usually. I haven’t been using OPKs since I conceived my daughter nearly 3 years ago. I bought them this month to get in the habit of using them even though we haven’t committed to TTC #2 yet.

Anywho, I usually can tell when I’m ovulating due to cramping. I had some pretty extreme cramping on Halloween night while trick or treating, then while lying in bed that night. (Not sure if I should mention here that hubby and I BDed that day and 3 days before) I tested the next day and OPK was negative. I just assumed my OPKs were faulty because they are ICs.

Fast forward to today (which would be roughly 5DPO *IF* I did ovulate on Halloween) I have nearly positive OPKs (which will probably be positive tonight or tomorrow, my guess) and TONS of CM. (Also nauseous with an awful headache the last 2 days but I’m sure totally unrelated to pregnancy and just hormonal changes)

I’ll be 30 next year and never ovulated twice in a month. I guess I’ll just BD again for good measure....if the headache and nausea can stay away 😭
