I really want November to be my month, it would be the best birthday present ever.

I've had a blighted ovum and a chemical pregnancy in the last few months and everyone close to me is falling pregnant.

I want nothing else for my birthday other than to see that positive, it's all I hope for; I just hope I've done enough.
