Breast leaking...please help

Ok so I just felt something wet on my shirt( no bra on so freeing 🙂) and I went to check and my breasts are leaking. My SO and I have been TTC and from what I can tell from my CM, my opk, and OBGYN nurse I have ovulated and we only had one day with out sex since 10/25. I have been having cramping on and off, nausea on and off, very painful/sore breasts on and off, and now the leaking. Does anyone have any idea as to what is going on? I got the Mirena out 10/19 and had my first period on 10/21 for 5 days. I know it is way to early to take a home pregnancy test. But is it possible? TIA 🙂
