IUD and spotting

hello, so I have had the Mirena IUD for about a year and a half and just two days ago I started having slight cramping and very light spotting. I haven't had this since last November. I took two pregnancy tests just in case and they both came out negative. Just seeing if anyone has any idea why this is happening and any advice on what I should do.
