Found my dress! But tell me about shape wear

I found my wedding dress for next July! My mom and I went to Macy’s to buy an engagement picture dress and stumbled on the wedding dresses. I tried a few on and fell in love with this one! Best part it was $169! But obviously I need better underwear. What do y’all wear to shape your tummy? (Excuse my face. I haven’t slept well all week but I promise my mom and I were very happy!)
