Not being paid overtime.
I work at a daycare and have worked there for a little over 2 years. My boss just so happens to be my boyfriends aunt. We are super close and i love her to death. But there have been numerous times where I have worked 41-45 hours and wasn’t paid overtime. I asked another employee and she said that our boss doesn’t pay overtime for anyone. Isn’t that illegal?
