I don't know what this is yet, but would you think it is an STD? Should I be worried it is?? They get pretty big and fill with puss and blood.

Id see dr to have it opened and drained. Less risk of infection unless it opens by itself

I don't know what it is but sounds nasty if it involves puss and blood. I'd get it checked asap and abstain from sex until you know what it is
