What could it be?
For the past 2-3 weeks I've been having a dull pain in my right, lower abdomen next to my pelvic bone. Twice it's been sharp, but not bad enough I've had to take at pain medication for it. My period is late, but I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it was negative. Any ideas as to what it might be??
