You can do it!
This is my 1 year transformation. The left is me November 1, 2016 and the the right is me now. I decided I needed to do something with my body, well that is what I did. I began working out daily with 2 off days to rest up. I run 3 miles a day, lift weights, work on building my butt up, and way more. I never thought in a day that I could be where I am at today with my body. I have never been more happier with my body then now. If you dream it you can do it!
