Boyfriend came inside me without my permission

A couple days ago me and my boyfriend and i had BOTH gotten drunk at a party and decided to go bed. I suddenly had the urge to want to have sex. It definitely wasn't the best idea considering we were not in the right state of mind but it happened anyway. Usually every time we have sex he pulls out because he knows how I feel about it so pulling out is sort of as "rule". Except this time he was so drunk he CAME INSIDE without any warning or didn't even ask. Of course I got upset but I was too drunk to even process it. The next morning I brought it up to him and he said he didn't even remember it. He felt really bad and kept apologizing and even bought me plan b. I said I forgive him but it still bothers me. Do i have a right to be mad? I mean yes he was way more drunk than me but I am still in complete shock
