rainbow baby and having some anxiety
I had a miscarriage back in May with our first pregnancy...we waited a few and we are now 8w pregnant with our rainbow baby. the first time around we told very close support people. This time around, we decided to keep it to ourselves until after the first trimester and a HB. It's getting hard though bc I'm so tired and bloating makes me look like I'm 6mo (I'm 4'11 so weight is obvious on me). I'm starting to have a lot of anxiety this week, bc this is the same time I had my miscarriage before. I don't have any symptoms other than fatigue and "placenta brain". anyone else in the same boat? Any recommendations to curb this anxiety ladies?
