Anyone go through pregnancy with scar tissue??

When I was a baby I had Pyloric Stenosis and a staph infection. They had to cut open my stomach and growing up, my belly button region was always really hard and sunken in. At 18 I had some scar tissue removed around my intestines and it loosened up my stomach a little but it's still pretty hard. I'm so scared that it's going to cause complications during my pregnancy or it's going to be super painful. Has anyone gone through pregnancy with a pretty big abdominal scar??
