Has anyone taken Erythromycin when breastfeeding? I was prescribed it today for my acne and the dermatologist and OB (i checked with both) said it was fine to take while breastfeeding. However, i took my first dose this afternoon and after about 4 hours my bub started crying/screaming for 2 hours straight. He has only just settled now and I'm scared to feed him again incase it's from the antibiotics. Has anyone else taken this? And if so did your bub have any issues?
