pregnancy test

so I took a pregancey test Sunday and came back not pregnant but I'm not due my period u til the 15th of November and ive been getting a few signs that I could be pregnant as my boobs are sore been getting alot of back ache and bloated belly and was wondering if i could still be pregnant and was it to eirly to take the test as i am trying to have a baby
