They can be kept in the fridge, so no need to sanitize after every use. I would keep them in the fridge between pumping sessions during the day and sanitize in the dishwasher overnight.

I only sterilize before first use and now only wash them with hot soapy water like my medela instructions said.

I hand wash everything and then put through my sanitizer. I’m too scared to put them through the dishwasher .... bits of food stuck in them etc.

I’m washing it in soap water with sponge after each use and then dry it in container. Sanitize it once a week maybe by boiling. It’s been 3 month-everything is fine so far.
