Period but no blood!?

Okay so I’m hoping I’m pregnant and I woke up yesterday and had them cramps you know the period cramps so I was like dam and ran to the bathroom I was so sure I was getting my period but I went and saw no blood and even today I’ve got period cramps and my boobs ache I never usually get this before my period has any one had this and got pregnant ?
