I have been fighting a cold for the past couple days and am taking Tylenol cold medicine. It has guaifenesin and phenylalanine in it. I have had next to zero CM the past few days. I’m on cycle day 15, and usually start with opks at the first sign of EW mucus. Since I’ve had nothing, I decided to test anyway this morning and it was very close to positive. It was also FMU, so could be my urine was super concentrated? Or could it be the cold meds and I really am ovulating with no EWCM?
