Those of you that had a membrane sweep AT 39 WEEKS, did your labor start within 24-72 hours after?

I’m pretty sure my dr sweeped mine this morning cause when I got home my mucus plug came out. And I started contractions mild ones 4 hours ago, but I’m being induced tomorrow morning so hopefully I go in ready and they’ll forget about inducing

With my first yes. It was about 24 hours and labor really got started. I will have to wait and see with this one. I have my next appt Thursday.

Had my first sweep at 38w and it didn't work. I will have another one tomorrow at my 39w appt.

I had it done with my first pregnancy and later that afternoon it was all systems go.

I will be 39 weeks on Wednesday, so my OB did one this morning. I have been having mild back pain and cramping/contractions that worsened after the sweep.

I had a sweep with my first at 39+2 and had her the next evening. I am not sure this one will work. I haven't had the bloody discharge this time around, but only time will tell.
