Family asking if baby was planned?! Ughhh

So a few people in my family asked if this pregnancy was planned because my son was only 10 months when I found out. So they will be 18 months apart. I'm so irritated at them. Planned or not, the baby would still be special to us! I feel like asking them if they want to know anything else about my sex life 😡. Oh and btw this was planned!!

You should respond with, “so are you asking if I purposely let him ejaculate in me?, just want to make sure I’m clear before I answer.” This was my planned response my first pregnancy but never got the chance to use it lol.

I got asked that with my son. I had struggled with infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. I ended up doing fertility treatments at a fertility clinic to have my son. So when people asked I gave them the full backstory. For some reason talking about infertility and loss makes a lot of people uncomfortable so I typically didn't share all that unless people asked something that made me uncomfortable like "was the pregnancy planned?" I feel like you might get an uncomfortable answer if you ask an uncomfortable answer so that's fair. This time around I'm expecting to get just as many or more " was it planned" questions because I found out at 4 months PP. It was not planned but it also isn't anyone's business. I'll probably rehash the story of #1 and then add "so it was a HUGE surprise to get pregnant again without any fertility drugs or procedures. We are thrilled though."

I think WHATEVER! We’re happy and don’t need anyone’s approval ❤️ We have 3mo triplets (pls a 19mo son and a 3.5yo daughter) and are preggers again... I’m so excited, idc what anyone else thinks... exempt maybe my mom because I told her we were done and she will be like YOU LIED TO ME for like two minutes and then be all happy and proud to be a young grandma, again 😆😆

I get that all the time! We stared trying when our baby was 6 months old. After 5 failed months and one chemical pregnancy we finally got our positive test and were so excited! We didn’t want to tell family we were trying because honestly we didn’t want to hear everyone’s opinions about 6 months being too soon. I was so happy to tell family but almost every time I got the “woah, was this an accident?” No! I just spent the last 5 months balling my eyes out! This is a miracle and a blessing. It’s not uncommon for mother to want children close in age! It just kind of bums me out. No matter what the circumstances, don’t rain down on an expectant mothers parade! It’s good news no matter what and most people don’t actually want to know the full back story.

I feel you I waited 4 years after having my first before trying again and when we told my husband's grandparents his grandma all she said was oops! I'm like no we planned this baby! I'm sorry people can be so rude!

That’s extremely rude and I would tell them it’s none of their business. 
I would let them know it’s planned if you’d like to quash any rumors but it’s still inconsiderate and you don’t have to answer them.
