Baby movements?!

Im 25 weeks and 4 days and im getting very paranoid when the baby does not move... he was very active before last night and a few movements from this morning and now nothing... i had 2 mcs in the past and im just going crazy... my next dr apt is not until next Tuesday .... should i be worried?! Its sooo hard to concentrate at work....

It's totally normal. Most drs don't recommend kick counting until closer to 30w. You're still early, you'll get to know your baby's routine more and more, but even then it's not always the same. Try drinking or eating something sugary and laying on your side. May help to get a fetal monitor (usually around $30-$40). I had a MC and the monitor really helped me. Currently 38w with a healthy boy, but I was definitely in your situation most of my pregnancy. I still get paranoid esp reading stories of still births on here 😞
